Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Tupperware items to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off Your Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location; ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
